The goal of many entrepreneurs and companies, on the other hand, is to make better use of their own data as an active economic asset through similarly binding mechanisms for factual data.
This seminar shows how companies can currently and in the future understand data as a property class and use it in international business transactions, both to generate new revenues and to actively shape cost structures.
An experienced team of trainers consisting of lawyers specializing in business and tax law as well as data protection and security, together with experienced data governance experts, will shed light on the aspects of data that are relevant to procurement and disposal, highlight their opportunities and limitations, and show which operational data capabilities need to be newly created within the company in order to realize the desired value.
